So to start off let me tell you a little bit about me and my son. I'm 23 years old and getting a divorce, for many different reasons, lets just say it didn't work. I have an adorable son, who can be quite a handful at times. At the moment he's 16 Months (1 year and 4 Months) and I think I'm learning as much as he is.
The title of this blog is A Single Mom in Happy Town, because where I live there isn't a lot of help for single mom's. I'm going to school, for fashion, and I'm working as well. I'm trying to figure out how to get my son what he needs as well as trying to educate myself so I can get a better job. The state says they will help me but that hasn't really been happening. My job isn't understanding and the school has very strict rules. I'll let you know all about my frustrations with the state regulations and my fight to do what is right for me and my son.
